Liaisons
The International Student Retention Services office has created
a vehicle for you to explore a new country and still stay connected
to "home." We have divided the world into regions and
identified a liaison for each region. The Liaisons
- serve as a contact to introduce citizens of the same country
- are an information and/or referral source for students
- keep people in their regions informed of organization
activities
- host regional receptions
- are automatically members of the Friends Abroad
program
- keep officers and the advisor informed about student
concerns and issues.

International Students
Association
If you are an international student or just have an interest in
different cultures, you might want to consider joining the ISA (International
Students Association). The purposes of this organization are
- to encourage intercultural, social and athletic exchange among
students of all nationalities, and
- to help create for the members a sense of belonging to the
campus community through a series of activities and programs
of an international nature.
Contact ISA at their office in the Student Center room 370, by phone
at (770) 420-4385, or at http://www.kennesaw.edu/clubs/isa/.
