A Documentary: AAMI On Campus of KSU

The KSU African American Male Initiative exists in partnership with faculty, staff and students to focus on increasing enrollment, retention, and graduation rates of Black men at KSU through mentoring, leadership development, and the celebration of academic and leadership achievements.

The Distinguished Black Gentlemen is the official student organization under this initiative, whose purpose is to elevate the minds and academic standards of African American men on campus, and those who are specifically invested in their interests. Part of this initiative also includes the utilization of current resources to aid in the retention of African American males on campus.
