advocacy and support programs for people with injuries and their families
and prevention programs to reduce brain injury. Volunteers go into the hospitals to assist families who have a family member in NICU. |
| Briarwood Nursing Center | One-on-one visiting or assisting with group activities. |
| Children's Healthcare of Atlanta | Wide variety of jobs - patient care, customer service & administrative work. |
| Global Health Action | Volunteers are needed to assist with activities related to an annual Hunger walk including: contacting prospective participants, giving info related to the event, sending information via fax, phone and direct mail, coordinating information sessions, etc. |
| International Rescue Committee (IRC) | Volunteers are needed to be ESL tutors, translators, etc. |
| Juvenile Diabetes Foundation | Volunteers are asked to help serve breakfast and lunch, set up and clean up walk site, and do parking and route directing. |
