Achieving Excellence, Transforming Lives
February 25-26, 2010
We welcome our colleagues from every college and university in the state of Georgia. We know that individuals at private, public, for-profit, and technical institutions are seeking innovative ways to continue to do the work that they do. We hope that you will seek out this opportunity to interact with others in your field. Whether you work in civic engagement, orientation, disability services, diversity and inclusion, Greek life, residence life, retention, student activities, or student leadership and development (just to name a few), we know that you will benefit from this experience.
Our theme this year is "Achieving Excellence, Transforming Lives." Under this theme, we'd like to engage the following critical areas in higher education:
- Achieving Excellence through Strategic Planning in Student Affairs
- Best Practices for Viability and Sustainability in Student Affairs
- Inclusive Excellence and the Quest for Diversity in Higher Education
- Cultivating Senior Student Affairs Officers and the Next Generation of Student Affairs Professionals
