 GCPA Support Staff Workshop Registration

Your GCPA 2nd Annual Support Staff Workshop is especially designed for those who work behind the scenes in our offices and keep us on our toes! Secretaries, administrative assistants, and other support staff positions are invited to attend.

Registration Fee covers breaks, lunch, materials, and parking

  • Cost for GCPA Members: $20
  • Cost for NON-GCPA Members: $50.00* *Includes GCPA Membership, which will expire Feb. 2010 at the Annual GCPA Conference.

WORKSHOP SESSIONS:
General session for all: Keeping motivated during difficult times. 
Breakout sessions:   
• Service with a smile (even though I'm frazzled!!)
• Assertiveness: Playing well with others (students, coworkers, supervisors)
