To be considered an active registered student organization, your group is required to register each fall semester. To complete this registration process, you will need to complete six (6) sections:

3 Advisor Information
4 Organization Profile
5 Constitution
6 Acknowledgments
Acknowledgments require you and your adviser to read and agree to four (4) statements or policies:
Pledge of Advisory Support
KSU Alcohol Policy
KSU Hazing Policy
KSU Non-discrimination Policy
Each section must be fully completed and policies and acknowledgments read and agreed to by the president and advisor of the organization. When you submit this web form, your organization will be considered registered for the school year. A copy will be emailed to your adviser. This form must be submitted electronically each September (specific dates will be announced at the mandatory RSO meeting). Failure to submit by this date will result in the suspension of funding and reservation privileges. Funding and privileges will be restored once registration materials have been received.
Please note: The Presdent's, Vice-President's, and Adviser's e-mail fields must be completed or your form cannot be submitted.
If your leadership changes at any time during the year, it is your responsibility to inform the Department of Student Life so that our office files may be updated. If this submission is an update of an earlier form, let us know in the field below.
