2012 Essay Contest
The Education Abroad Essay Contest is an opportunity for students who have studied abroad to share their experiences with others in a public forum. Entrants can express themselves, win prizes, be published, and promote international education. To be eligible for the essay contest you must be a current student (graduate or undergraduate) at Kennesaw State University at the time of application.
Categories include:
- A Day in the Life
- Service Learning
- A Moment in Time
- Before and After
1st - 3rd place winners will receive monetary prizes and have their essays posted on the Education Abroad website as well as other KSU and Non-KSU publications. Additionally, winning entries may also receive gift certificates or gift cards from local businesses, KSU apparel, and much more!
The contest begins on November 1, 2012. All submissions are due to the Education Abroad office by 5pm on Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
