KSU STUDENTS GOING ON STUDY ABROAD PROGRAMS OUTSIDE OF KSU
All students who will attend an outside institution for academic credit at Kennesaw State University must complete two or more forms. These forms must be turned in to Emily Dolezal, study abroad advisor, in the Education Abroad Office.
1a) For academic credit from any department other than the Department of Modern Languages, students must complete the Study Abroad Credit Approval Form For Non-KSU Sponsored Programs.
1b) For academic credit to be given by the Department of Modern Languages, students must complete the Credit Approval Form for Modern Languages.
2) ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE THE Consortium Agreement.
- The student must take or fax the Consortium Agreement to the outside institution and obtain a signature from a representative in that financial aid department. This means that if a student will be attending a program offered through a third party provider but sponsored by New Mexico University (New Mexico will be issuing the transcripts), the student must get the Consortium Agreement signed by a financial aid representative at New Mexico University. This form must then be signed by Kennesaw’s financial aid office and returned to Michele Miller in the Education Abroad Office .
Return all completed ORIGINAL forms to Michele Miller (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the Education Abroad Office.
