Disney and Dublin
Summer 2008
Program Description
This study abroad focuses on the magic of Disney and Dublin. Our trip begins in Orlando with a special behind-the-scenes look at Disney World, where you will experience the making of the magic. Next, we journey “across the pond” to Ireland and the capital city of Dublin. In Dublin, we will visit Guinness to learn more about this legendary brand. A side trip to County Meath to explore the Neolithic sites of Newgrange and the Hill of Tara is planned, offering a glimpse into ancient Ireland. Our trip concludes in Paris where we will visit Disneyland Paris to compare our two Disney experiences. The rich historic landmarks and museums of Paris are a traveler’s dream.

Approximately $3,500.00
Courses
International Advertising and Hospitality Marketing are the two classes offered for this study abroad. MKTG 3100 or permission of the program director or department chair is a prerequisite.
