Examples include, but are not limited to, pens, notebooks, caps, shirts, tote bags, backpacks, jackets, glassware, pins and key rings. Artwork and the name of the selected licensed vendor must be submitted for approval before the order is placed to University Relations at email@example.com. If the vendor is not licensed, the KSU entity will be notified and asked to select a licensed vendor. Only licensed vendors may produce promotional and apparel items bearing university trademarks.
A complete list of licensed vendors is available on the Kennesaw State University Relations website.
Once the artwork and vendor have been approved, an approval letter will be sent to the KSU entity and the selected vendor. The letter will outline the KSU licensing guidelines, including royalty requirements.
