How Do I Transfer?

Office of Undergraduate Admissions

  • Transfer

    You have earned at least 30 semester hours or 50 quarter hours of college credit that will transfer to Kennesaw State University.

  • Transfer Freshman

    You have graduated from high school in the last five years and attended another college, but you have earned less than 30 semester hours or 50 quarter hours of college credit that will transfer to Kennesaw State University.

  • Veterans/Service Members/Active Duty

    You have earned at least 30 semester hours or 50 quarter hours of college credit that will transfer to Kennesaw State University that which may include military transfer credits.

  • Non-Traditional/Adult Learners

    You have taken a break from college for more than five years and earned at least 30 semester hours or 50 quarter hours of college credit that will transfer to Kennesaw State University.

  • Online Students

    You must be admitted to Kennesaw State based on one of the above admission classifications to be considered for our various online degree programs.

Office of Global Admissions

  • International

    International students must meet basic admission requirements for transfer admission, and you may have additional requirements based on visa type, country of origin and educational history.

Office of Graduate Admissions

  • Graduate

    You have previously earned an undergraduate degree and are looking pursue a graduate certificate, Master's degree, or Doctoral degree program.
