Transient

Transient: You are a guest at Kennesaw State University from another college or university for one term. You must be verified by your home institution as eligible to return.

Steps to Apply:

  1. Submit an application to Kennesaw State University online at GACollege411.org. This requires completing the application and submitting with a $40 application fee payable by debit or credit card.
  2. Submit a transient letter from the Registrar’s Office or Academic Dean at your home institution, stating that you are in Good Academic Standing along with your eligibility to re-enroll.
  3. Follow the status of your application on the application status check. Please keep in mind that documents can take up to six weeks to be processed.
  4. If you plan to apply for financial aid, be sure to contact the Kennesaw State University Office of Student Financial Aid early in the application process for additional information.

NOTE:  All enrolling students must provide the University System of Georgia proof of immunization to the Health Clinic.  Also, all applicants who apply for in-state tuition must provide lawful presence verification.
