Acceptable software applications include Adobe (CS3 or lower version) Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Painter 8 (or lower version), PowerPoint (version 2008 or lower), and QuarkXPress 6.5 (or lower version.) Remember to also save support files and fonts when using InDesign and QuarkXPress. Receipt of a PDF proof would be helpful for for file comparisons.

Medium weight semi-gloss paper is the default paper. Ask if you would like other paper types. This printer can also print on transparent and semi-transparent media and premium high gloss paper.

The CETL Center has an even larger HP-brand wide-format inkjet printer. It can print up to 36 in. X 54 in. prints. Their setup requires the use of either PowerPoint or PDF software.

Price: $2.50 per sheet, no matter the size. We have 13" X 19" Gloss Paper which we can provide for class-related projects or departmental use. This printer requires your files to be saved as High-Quality PDF.

Color Laser Prints
Price: $.50 per sheet, no matter the size up to 11" X 17" This printer requires your files to be saved as High-Quality PDF.
