Community Requests

Non-Campus Requests

This form is for NON KSU EMPLOYEE USERS ONLY who wish to request space on our campus. All KSU Faculty, Staff and department members must refer to our Create a Reservation Tab and request space through Virtual EMS.

The Office of University Events (UE) assigns space according to the most appropriate use of the venue as the event is described on the request form.

The demands on the venue as well as the nature and the size of the event will be considered in determining space assignments. Please refer to our policies for updated information about Venue Use.

This form is a request only (NOT A CONFIRMATION) and is subject to approval by University Events (UE) and the Campus Events Planning Committee (CEPC). If your event is approved, you will then receive an official confirmation number from our office.

Individuals who are not members of the Kennesaw State University community are required to pay all fees that apply including but not limited to, custodial costs, parking fees, liability insurance, security, catering and any other service that may be required.
