Event requests are taken on a first come, first served basis and on space availability. Please note that you will receive a response to your request in 5 to 7 working days.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO events@kennesaw.edu WITHIN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE. Cancellation charges may apply.

It is your responsibility to be aware of all expectations with regard to your event. Kennesaw State University, University Events, and The Campus Events Planning Committee reserve the right to modify event policies.
