In order to
maintain quality and professional looking web sites, web authors
publishing to www.kennesaw.edu are expected attend web training
classes on a continuing basis. Below are some free web training
resources available both on and off campus.
In-Class Web
Training:
Free web
training for web authors is provided by the Department of
Information Technology Services (ITS) & the Multimedia Development
Group (MDG).
If you would like to register on-line for HTML & JavaScript training
classes please visit the
Learning
Center web site. To register for Dreamweaver, Photoshop,
and Fireworks training, please call x6057.
On-Line Web
Training
In addition to
ITS and MDG workshops, the Continuing Education Center (ConEd at KSU)
offers Web design courses on-line. Courses are available to KSU
employees at a discount from the public cost. Priced vary, depending
on the course. To find out more about the courses visit

Tell Registration that you are a KSU employee and which course you
would like to take and they will let you know what the employee cost

(CIW) training - paid, in-class instruction; the CIW is an
industry standard, vendor neutral certification that is backed by
the International Webmaster's Association (IWA) and the Association
of Internet Professionals (AIP).
