Adriana Caldwell of the BioInnovation Laboratory has been recently chosen as one of only three selected nation-wide for a ten-week immersive Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program at the University of Kansas, where she will be researching the microbiomes, or microbial communities, of plant and soil ecosystems.
