• FPA Template - College of Architecture and Construction Management - effective Fall 2015
  The template used to complete the Faculty Performance Agreement. This document is presented by the faculty member to the chair (and chair to the dean) at the annual spring semester review. The faculty member and chair discuss the faculty member's goals and performance expectations for the upcoming year and upon reaching agreement, or noting exceptions, the faculty member and the chair (or chair and dean) sign the FPA. The ARD can be thought of as a "look back" document, whereas the FPA is a "look forward" document.
