The 'World Showcase Series' will highlight a selected country, region, or cultural group by sharing its customs, traditions, languages, and more. The showcase is hosted once a month and it will include activities such as an engaging lecture, traditional clothing and art showcase , music and dance, snacks, etc. World Showcase is a great way to learn about another culture or share your own! Each series will be hosted in collaboration with a student organization. For the AY 2022-23, the following countries/regions/celebrations will be highlighted: November- DIWALI (South Asian Student Association) February- Africa (African Student Association) March- Ramadan in the US (Muslim Student Association) April- Latin America (International Student Association)Queer Quest: Dungeons and Dragons One-Shots
Want to slay dragons, solve mysteries, and explore worlds with your teammates? Join the LGBTQ Resource Center for our Dungeon and Dragons one-shot adventures. Adventures will allow players from all levels to participate. So, grab your dice and let’s play! Players should bring a completed character sheet to this sessions. Drop by the LGBTQ Resource Center with any questions about character design.
