She’ll stand as an example of the Peach State Bridges to the Doctorate program’s effectiveness, having earned her Master of Science in Integrative Biology (MSIB) and acceptance into a Ph.D. program. Ford, Jojo Croffie, and Lindsey Knight all earned their MSIB degrees, and thanks to enrichment through the Peach State Bridges to the Doctorate program, each will start a Ph.D. in the fall.
<dateTime>1782133835</dateTime>
<tags><tag>college of science and mathematics</tag><tag>graduate college</tag><tag>student stories</tag></tags><categories>

</categories>
<media:group>
</media:group><banner alt="This is a caption" position="">https://webstatic.kennesaw.edu/_resources/images/placeholders/1920x500.jpg</banner>

Twins who grew up at Kennesaw State graduate as nurses
<teaser></teaser>
Katelyn Dockery remembers being pre-school age, sitting in her father’s office after school, coloring on a white board with markers. Sometimes, they leave biological ones too.
 Saloni Patel, a first-year psychology major at Kennesaw State University, is studying how adverse childhood experiences — commonly known as ACEs — leave a measurable biological mark that can affect how we think, focus, and learn. Her research examines whether inflammation triggered by early-life stress contributes to the cognitive struggles some students face in the classroom.
<dateTime>1781614076</dateTime>
<tags><tag>college of humanities and social sciences</tag><tag>student stories</tag></tags><categories>

</categories>
<media:group>
</media:group><banner alt="This is a caption" position="">https://webstatic.kennesaw.edu/_resources/images/placeholders/1920x500.jpg</banner>

Bagwell College of Education hosts 2026 Georgia Elementary Science Olympiad
<teaser></teaser>
Kennesaw State University’s Clarice C. and Leland H.
