SPCEET's Senior Design Expo showcases the best capstone engineering design projects across the college's six departments and disciplines. Throughout the semester, students have designed, built, tested, and presented innovative projects that address real-world issues and directly impact our community. Prizes include the top designs in various categories. Judges are members of the college's various Industry Advisory Boards (IABs) or from other industry partners (ex. sponsored senior design projects). Projects will feature teams from the following disciplines: Civil and Environmental Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering Engineering Technology Industrial and Systems Engineering Mechanical Engineering Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering Plus, the Interdisciplinary Design Course SPCEET's Fall 23 Senior Design Expo will be held on Monday, December 4th, in the Marietta Student Center from 11 AM-2 PM. See their work, ask questions, and join us for the awards to see who walks away with the best of the best! This event is open to all students, parents, staff, faculty, potential and existing donors, industry partners, and the general public. ### About the Course:SPCEET's related senior design capstone course pulls design problems from industry, faculty research, course instructor, or student-generated ideas. The senior design capstone course allows engineering students to apply the breadth of engineering coursework and analytical skillsets acquired over four years to develop an efficient and practical engineering design solution.
