We are very proud of our on-campus Center for Military and Veteran Services, which serves as a one-stop-shop devoted solely to the development of veterans; the
first of its kind in the state of Georgia.
There are many resources here at Kennesaw State University to help you, and this page
lists some of the resources most frequently used by student veterans.

Kennesaw State's Center for Military and Veteran Services is run by veterans for veterans and offers a one-stop shop that is easily accessible and widely available to service members, veterans, and
dependents. Our goal is to empower our service members, veterans, and dependents with
the tools necessary for achieving their academic goals. Through information sharing,
referral services, and outreach programs, KSU's Military and Veteran Services strives
to provide a supportive and educational environment that fosters student success and
achievement. Whether you are a new or transferring student we will help guide you

We offer a monthly Veterans Black and Gold Experience which gives you a chance to speak with members of our Veterans support network to
include our Undergraduate Admissions Veterans Recruiter, representatives from our

Providing direct assistance to you in receiving your educational benefits from the
Department of Veterans Affairs. We assist with Certification of Enrollment, Processing
applications for VA Educational Benefits.

Military Transfer Credit may be awarded for undergraduate students accepted to Kennesaw
State University Fall 2012 or later that have served in the U.S. Military and who
desire to have their military training and experience considered for transfer credit.
Students may have the option of accepting or declining up to 12 semester hours of
undergraduate elective transfer credits towards a degree program, if applicable.
