Minor in Gender and Women's Studies

The Gender & Women’s Studies (GWST) Minor is designed to increase your awareness of the impact of changing gender roles. This minor program encourages you to understand the value of diversity by exploring differences among people, promoting dialogue on diversity issues, and providing service-learning experiences in the community. You will survey the foundational figures, themes and texts in the history of gender and women’s studies in an interdisciplinary and global context.
