I’m honored to introduce the sixth president of Kennesaw State University, Dr. Kathy Schwaig [SH-WHY-G].
President Schwaig became interim president in 2021 and officially assumed the role in 2022. Under her leadership, Kennesaw State has launched the “Taking Flight” strategic plan, expanded academic programs, invested in infrastructure,doubled research spending, and tripled annual fundraising.
With over two decades in senior roles, President Schwaig has been a transformative
leader.
