Welcome to the Tuition Classification website. Here you will find information on how to change your tuition classification to Resident or if you qualify for an out-of-state tuition waiver. We also help students update their immigration status if it changes while they are enrolled. All decisions are based on Board of Regent's Policy 4.3 Student Residency. Please review our FAQ page for most of the answers you probably have. Email us with your KSU number if you have any questions.
NOTE TO STUDENTS: It is the student's responsibility to ensure they are registered under the correct tuition classification every term. Every student has 30 days from the first day of school to apply to change their tuition classification for the current term.
