Professional Writing for International Audiences Certificate

The Professional Writing for International Audiences Certificate provides you with interdisciplinary grounding in writing practices important to careers with global impact. The core courses emphasize knowledge of different cultural and linguistic traditions as well as practice in communicating more effectively in a variety of written media. With a flexible design, this certificate allows for emphasis in different areas: writing professional documents for international clientele; collaborative writing among English speakers from different backgrounds; teaching writing to speakers of different languages; creative writing incorporating global dialects of English; editing texts for American, British, or other English-speaking populations.
