Minor in Management

The Management Minor is open to all undergraduate students. Students gain an understanding of the organizational processes of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling activities that result in the achievement of a common goal. As a business major, you'll research the psychology, sociology, anthropology and related disciplines involved in understanding human behavior to improve individual performance and organizational effectiveness.
