Double Owl Admission Requirements 
  • Students must be enrolled in the Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) program 
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Completed 60 hours of BArch - Please apply early in your Junior Year to the Double Owl Pathway!
  • A minimum of 12 hours in residence at KSU

Suggested Timeline

Apply to Double Owl early in junior year or the B.Arch program. Apply to the MS in Construction Management in senior year by posted graduate program deadline.

Accepted Double Owl students will need to apply to their Graduate Program by the posted deadline for the semester immediately following graduation with the Bachelors degree.
