Bachelor of Arts in Dance students pursuing a Double Owl with the Master of Arts in American Studies, Cultural Production Cluster, will be equipped with the breadth of knowledge and experience to pursue more advanced career opportunities than those afforded with a traditional BA in Dance.

Admission Requirements


Double Owl Admission Requirements 
  • Completion of 60 credit hours towards degree
  • Completion of 30 credit hours in residence at KSU
  • GPA of 3.00
  • Writing sample that demonstrates applicant is capable of completing graduate-level courses successfully.
Double Counted Courses Include
  • AMST 6201 to count for Upper-Level Elective
  • AMST 6401 to count for Upper-Level Elective
