Career and Academic Opportunities

Students who complete the Bachelor of Science in Psychology and the Master of Science in Criminal Justice may choose to go on for additional graduate studies such as doctoral programs in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Law School, Sociology, Public Policy, Public Administration, Conflict Management, and Forensic Psychology.

Admission Requirements


Double Owl Admission Requirements 
  • 3.25 KSU GPA
  • 60 hours toward the bachelor's degree
  • 30 hours at KSU
Double Counted Courses Include
  • CRJU 7702 to count for Upper-Division Elective (2 of 4)
  • CRJU 7706 to count for Upper-Division Elective (2 of 4)
  • CRJU 7703 or CRJU 7704 or CRJU 7705 to count for Upper-Division Elective (2 of 4)

Suggested Timeline

We suggest majors declare the Double Owl Pathway at the beginning of their Junior year or upon reaching 60 credit hours.
