Career and Academic Opportunities

The Human Services major affords students with excellent knowledge and field experience that will be beneficial to understanding the skills, knowledge, and values associated with the Master of Social Work. The Double Owl Pathway in Human Services - Master of Social Work is an ideal program for students desiring a career in a profession that is designed to “enhance human well-being" and meet the basic and complex needs of people with a particular focus on those who are vulnerable, oppressed, and living in poverty. It is a profession with meaning, action, diversity, satisfaction, and a variety of options (NASW).
