Kennesaw State University’s Government Relations

Government Relations serves as the principal advocacy arm for the university and works to garner support for KSU priorities by cultivating pivotal partnerships with government leaders at the local, state, and federal levels.

We focus on strategic outreach to provide key stakeholders with meaningful opportunities to engage with our students, faculty, and staff both on and off campus. Through our efforts, we strive to secure the resources needed to help our students succeed while also monitoring policy and fiscal proposals that may directly or indirectly impact KSU operations.

The Government Relations team serves as liaisons between our institution and federal and state policymakers, agencies, and staff. We work in close partnership with the University System of Georgia, national higher education associations, and university partners to advance the mission of our research-driven institution and its impact on our state.
