KSU Political Science professor discusses gerrymandering

The fix may be in before you even get to the ballot booth.

It's called gerrymandering and it allows lawmakers to draw districts to favor one party over the other.

Now the state of Georgia is facing a lawsuit because of it, which claims the redistricting was based on race. 

Dr. Kerwin Swint, the political science chair of Kennesaw State University, said if that's true, it would be a violation of the Constitution.
