Kennesaw State students recognized for academic achievements

Merit Pages highlights students named to Dean’s and President’s lists for Fall 2019

Kennesaw State University has released the Dean’s and President’s lists for Fall 2019, honoring students who have earned academic achievement in the classroom.

To make the list, students must be enrolled at least nine credit hours during the fall semester. For the Dean’s List, students must have a grade point average of at least 3.5, while the President’s list requires students to earn a 4.0 grade point average. 

Collectively, more than 10,000 students earned this accolade for the fall semester, with 6,300 students named as Dean’s List recipients and 3,700 as President’s List recipients.

Kennesaw State uses Merit Pages to highlight student’s accomplishments inside and out of the classroom. The University uploads achievements like dean’s or president’s lists, scholarships, student competitions and more on each student’s Merit Page. Students can create an individual profile and customize their page with the activities they participate in such as internships, competitions, student organizations and other academic achievements.
