Fall 2026 Highlights

 

Student-Focused Campus Master Plan

From new residence halls to expanded academic and student support facilities, KSU’s Campus Master Plan is taking shape through a wave of completed and ongoing building enhancements and projects that are transforming both campuses and positioning the university for continued growth. 

Capital Projects

Parking and Transportation Enhancements

With brand new buses and hundreds more parking spaces, big changes are coming to KSU in Fall 2026. A new bus fleet, expanded shuttle services and routes, and more than 600 new parking spaces are part of the new enhancements. Students can also take advantage of the Bikeshare Program, which is free for the first hour, and use the CobbLinc bus system at no additional cost.

Increased Housing Options

Over the past four years, Kennesaw State has expanded its on-campus housing options with the additions of The Summit I and Summit II for a total of 11 residence halls across our two campuses. Additionally, renovations are currently underway at KSU Place, which is scheduled to reopen to students in Fall 2027 with a modernized look and additional beds.
