The Master of Science in Technology Management and Leadership (MSTML) is a fully online master’s degree designed to help professionals move into leadership roles in technology-driven organizations.

Formerly the Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS), this program prepares you for technology leadership roles where you guide decisions, apply AI and data in business contexts, and lead across teams, not just focus on technical execution.

You’ll build skills in areas such as:
