Salila is a technology entrepreneur and data leader with over 18 years of experience
in building and delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent data solutions across
telecom, financial services, and supply chain industries.
As Founder and CEO of The Ansa Group, Salila has successfully developed an AI-powered
document management platform, digiDossier, designed to transform how organizations
manage, secure, and extract value from their data. Built under a certified Microsoft
startup partnership, digiDossier delivers enterprise-grade solutions for highly regulated
industries and institutions, with a strong emphasis on automation, compliance, and
AI-driven intelligence.
Prior to founding The Ansa Group, Salila held senior technical leadership roles delivering
enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
At Stenograph, she led the implementation of a comprehensive data security framework, modernized billing systems, and designed IoT integrations while ensuring robust PII compliance through cloud-based encryption standards.
At Cox Communications, Salila served as Lead and Senior Technical Architect, where
she evaluated, designed, and led implementation of major initiatives supporting Cox
Business. In this role, she enabled enterprise-wide business intelligence across Cox
Business, collaborated on data governance efforts for enterprise data lake initiatives,
and ensured the integrity and scalability of the data warehouse ecosystem.
Salila has also contributed to advanced data transformation efforts supporting scientific
research at Argonne National Laboratory, where she optimized large-scale data environments
to improve accessibility, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Salila holds an MBA in Information Technology from Mercer University Stetson-Hatcher School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from University of Delhi.
