The Khawaja Saeed Charity Golf Tournament, presented by the KSU Fintech Programs at the Coles College of Business, brings together alumni, industry partners, and community supporters for a day of golf, networking, and impact. Proceeds from the tournament support KSU Fintech Scholarships and KSU CARE Services, helping students succeed academically and personally.

Format: Florida Scramble
In this popular tournament format, teams of three or four must decide at each swing which player sits out the rest of the hole. It adds a fun element of strategy to the game. Here’s how it works:
- All players tee off from the same spot
- The team then picks the best shot (can be longest, best position, most accurate)
- The player whose shot the team chose then must sit out for the rest of the hole
- The remaining players then each take their next shot and, once again, decide which is the best, with that golfer sitting out the rest of the hole
The tournament will begin with two teams positioned at each hole. They then move from one to the next until they’ve completed all 18 holes.
There will also be fun extra games and on-course contests including rewards for longest drive, closest to pin, and more!
