About High Impact Leaders Program

This year long program is designed to provide early to mid-career faculty and staff with development to prepare them for future opportunities within KSU. This program will consist of defined leadership curriculum, internal and external guest speakers, practical hands-on sessions, and more!

    • Giving and receiving feedback effectively
    • Navigating difficult conversations
    •  Handling conflict with confidence
    •  Transitioning from peer to manager
    • Insights from KSU faculty & community leaders

Eligibility Criteria

  • Faculty and Staff: Early to mid-career professionals.
  • Performance: Must have satisfactory performance evaluations.
  • Tenure: Must be with KSU for at least 2 years.
  • Employment Status: Full-time employees.
