A keynote talk on Russia's foreign policy by Andrei P. Tsygankov of San Francisco State University topped the agenda on the first of a two-day international symposium on U.S.-Russia Relations in a Global Context. Kennesaw State  is patrnering with Georgia Tech and the Atlanta Council on International Relations to present the symposium, which continues Friday at Georgia Tech.
