For both on-campus and off-campus housing information, the Department of Residence Life serves as the primary resource for all KSU students. Kennesaw State University began offering on-campus housing in the fall of 2002. There are currently three on-campus apartment communities: University Village, University Place, and KSU Place.

All first-time new traditional-aged residential students will live at the University Village, housing 750 students in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. The University Village is a substance-free environment, and all first-year students will participate in a CLASS Learning Community, where they will share three common classes with other freshmen residential students.

For non-freshmen, transfer, and graduate students, additional on-campus housing is available at University Place and KSU Place.
