Steps for a Successful Move

  1. Submit an AiM request for any furniture/boxes to be moved, whether to a new building or to send to surplus. Please label all items with the location for which they are destined.

  2. If IT equipment needs to be removed from the furniture, submit a request in ServiceNow and include the number of your AiM request. Please label all items with the owner’s last name and the location for which they are destined.

  3. If you only need furniture, or only need IT equipment moved, please select the appropriate section above, and submit a request. For moves that include desks, bookcases, chairs or boxes or to send furniture to Surplus. Please label all items with the location to which they will be moved. For moves that only require computers, printers and other IT devices. Please label all items with the owner’s name and the location to which they will be moved.
