Every fall, we host a meeting to educate all KSU and SPSU retirees about the events, services and benefits offered to you as a retiree.

Find Your Brick Gathering

Each fall, recently retired faculty and staff meet at the Legacy Gazebo on the Kennesaw Campus for the Find Your Brick Gathering, which includes a memorial service for employees and retirees who have passed.

This signature event includes the scattering of rosemary for remembrance on the engraved brick plaza. All employees who retired during the prior fiscal year are invited to attend, meet previously retired friends, and see their brick.

Annual Retirement Ceremony

Retirement Ceremony

Each spring, Human Resources hosts an annual celebration recognizing those who have retired in the past year or are planning to retire by the end of the current academic year. The Retirees Association hosts a luncheon for the retirees and a guest immediately following the ceremony.

Biennial Retirees Reunion

Every other year in the Spring, the Retirees Association hosts an afternoon of food, entertainment and catching up. All retirees from KSU and SPSU are invited to attend, see old friends, share a catered lunch and enjoy the scheduled entertainment.
