This group coaching experience blends light movement with meaningful conversation, giving you space to reflect, recharge, and refocus while walking alongside peers. Each week, we’ll explore topics that support your academic, personal, and emotional well-being — from staying motivated to managing stress — all while enjoying the benefits of fresh air and gentle exercise.
