23rd Annual ESOL Conference

The Annual ESOL Conference at Kennesaw State, hosted by the Bagwell College of Education, brings together local, national, and international ESOL professionals to explore innovative programs and teaching strategies for English learners. With a theme of "You Matter: Believe, Celebrate, Excel," this two-day event offers in-person and virtual sessions tailored for educators in elementary, middle, and secondary education.

Aspiring Educators of Tomorrow Conference

For over 12 years, The Aspiring Educators of Tomorrow Conference (AEOTC) has been held annually in the Bagwell College of Education. Eleventh and Twelfth grade high school students in Georgia Teacher Pathway programs are invited to attend.

This year, the event is in coming November 2025.

KSU Mobile Learning Summit

The Mobile Learning Summit is an annual event that brings together educators from various fields to explore innovative strategies and mobile technologies in education. The 2023 summit focused on "Augmentation and Innovation," offering a full day of interactive learning with mobile apps designed to enhance curriculum. With keynote speaker Dr. Maxine Hankins Cain, attendees from PK-12 schools, including teachers, media specialists, and administrators, participated in hands-on sessions to explore the evolving role of technology in classrooms and remote learning.

The KSU Conference on Literature for Children and Young Adults, held on the KSU Campus, celebrates the power of quality literature in shaping identities. This year’s conference features diverse strands focusing on culture, language, literacy, and the science of reading, with presentations from acclaimed authors and expert educators.

Aimed at teachers, librarians, and administrators, the conference offers attendees the chance to engage with influential voices in children's and young adult literature while exploring key topics in literacy instruction.
