Past Registration for 2023 SoTL Summit

Registration for the fully virtual SoTL Summit includes access to all sessions for both days of the conference: Thursday, September 21st, and Friday, September 22nd. View the Schedule-at-a-Glance here.

Most registration types are being handled through Oxford Abstracts. Please follow the instructions below based on the ticket type you are ordering. 

Note: If you are a Kennesaw State University Faculty or Staff member intending to pay through departmental funds, please pay by invoice and follow the instructions located at the bottom of the invoice to pay through a journal entry. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Operations Chair, Christina Ujj, at cujj@kennesaw.edu. 

Ticket Types

    • If you are purchasing less than 10 tickets, please register through Oxford Abstracts. You can pay by credit card or request an invoice to pay by check. If you have not already, you will be asked to create an Oxford Abstracts account. 

     

    *Rate does not include processing fee charged by the registration or payment platform.

    • If you are purchasing 10 or more tickets, please email our Operations Chair, Christina Ujj, at cujj@kennesaw.edu with your name and information on how many tickets you plan to purchase.

    • Kennesaw State University students are eligible for free registration. In order to register for free, fill out  this form with your KSU student email (ends in @students.kennesaw.edu). You must use your KSU student email address or your registration will not be processed.

     

Refund Policy

If a participant has to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be given if the request for a refund is received before 5:00 pm EST on Monday, September 18, 2023. No refunds will be given after this time.
