Hybrid Schools Society members must use this Session Submission Form to submit session proposals for the 2026 National Hybrid Schools Conference, April 23-25, 2026.

Timeline for Session Submission Process

  • 10/15/2025 - Link to Session Submission Form sent to HSS Members
  • 11/05/2025 - Deadline to complete Session Submission Forms – Link will close on this date
  • 11/21/2025 - Notification of acceptance/decline via email
  • 12/05/2025 - Presenters must Accept/Decline offer to speak at conference by this date

Guidelines for Session Submissions

  • Only current HSS Members are allowed to submit Session Submission Forms to be selected as a session presenter.
  • These sessions will take place during the event from Thursday-Saturday, April 23-25, 2026, at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel. Specific dates and times for sessions will be announced later.
  • You may submit multiple forms for multiple sessions.
  • Sessions are 1-hour in length.
  • Upon notification that you have been selected as a presenter, failure to formally accept the offer by December 5, 2025, will result in your removal from the list of presenters.
  • If chosen as a presenter, you will be provided with a special link for complimentary registration for presenters only. Please DO NOT use any other link to register for the conference.
  • If you need additional support to attend, we encourage you to apply for a travel grant. More information will be available later.
  • We ask that presenters remain responsive to conference organizers to meet planning and execution deadlines.
