Coles Graduate and Executive Education Staff Awards

This award recognizes a staff member for outstanding performance within their first two years at Coles. Nominees learn quickly, integrate well with the team, become a valued colleague, and/or make an immediate impact on the program or department.

This award recognizes a staff member for outstanding performance within the Coles Graduate and Executive Education community. Nominees exhibit inter-department team spirit, empower other staff to develop their skills and knowledge, maintain a positive attitude, and/or participate in staff governance.

This award recognizes a staff member who demonstrates creative thinking or accomplishment. Nominees generate new and creative ideas that have improved their department or program, identify creative solutions that make a positive difference, and make the Coles Graduate and Executive Education community a better place to work.

This award recognizes a staff member who demonstrates outstanding job performance, goes above and beyond what might be expected, and demonstrates high levels of execution in their job duties. Nominees aspire to excellence and serve as outstanding role models for other staff members.
