Transfer of Eligibility

milConnect - DoD Associates and Beneficiaries use this site to update personal information, like your entry in the DoD’s Global Address List (GAL), or to check health care coverage, transfer education benefits, and retrieve correspondence.

Military Transcripts

If you intend to have your military transcripts evaluated and transferred for college credit the Military Transfer Credit Agreement Form must be completed and received by Transfer Evaluation Services located in the Office of the Registrar BEFORE ADD/DROP OF YOUR FIRST SEMESTER AT KSU.

  • JST (ARRTS/SMARTS) - The Joint Service Transcript website provides military transcripts for Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Navy: Active Duty, Reserve and Veterans. *Note Coast Guard is now being serviced through JST* 

  • CCAF - The Community College of the Air Force provides several options for ordering your official transcript. You may also view your unofficial transcript online through their website at any time.
