Student Leaders Advancing Kennesaw State University

The President's Parliament Scholar Ambassadors (PPSA) program is a prestigious student leadership opportunity at Kennesaw State University designed for engaged, high‑achieving undergraduates who serve as official ambassadors for the institution. PPSAs represent KSU at key events and initiatives that support presidential priorities, alumni engagement, donor stewardship, and university advancement.

Working in partnership with the Division of University Advancement, President's Parliament Scholar Ambassadors help build and strengthen relationships with alumni, donors, university leadership, and community partners. Ambassadors actively contribute to high‑impact campus and external events, including presidential events, commencement, homecoming, scholarship receptions, alumni awards, foundation meetings, and alumni board meetings. Through this work, PPSAs foster pride in Kennesaw State University while advancing its mission and public presence.

Professional Development and Scholarship Benefits

Participation in the President's Parliament Scholar Ambassadors program provides significant professional and academic benefits. Ambassadors develop leadership, communication, and networking skills while serving as student speakers and liaisons for KSU. Members gain hands‑on experience supporting senior leadership and benefit from mentorship and resources within the Division of University Advancement, strengthening their resumes and career readiness.

In addition, PPSAs receive academic enrichment through a renewable Kennesaw State University scholarship. The PPSA Scholarship awards $2,500 per semester during the fall and spring terms, totaling $5,000 per academic year.
